This polishing lap can easily be charged with diamond powder (0-1/2, 0-1, 0-2 , max 1/2 -3) and vegetable oil.
It works great with corundum (ruby and sapphire..) with oil and diamond powder (0-2 or 1/2/ -3 mesh)
